Healthy Living Through Time

I can’t always be by my parents’ side,
I can’t personally raise my children,
I can’t say a few kind words to my wife,
I can’t get drunk with my brothers.

Drink tea while it’s hot, and live life slowly.

Friends love tea and they love to share. Unwrapping a fresh, wild black tea from afar, it’s filled with rich fragrance. Boil water and brew a pot, and the aroma wafts out. The leaves gradually unfurl in the cup, the color of the tea is pure, clear, and translucent. Savoring the flavor again and again, the rich taste lingers on your lips and teeth. Good tea doesn’t wait. If it cools, the mist will condense into tear marks on the wall of the bowl, and no matter how good it is, it will only be a murky bowl. So, enjoy poetry and wine while you’re young.

Life is like tea; its taste, bitter or sweet, is known only to you; the judgments of others are meaningless. The intensity of the tea must be determined by yourself, and the warmth and coldness of the tea must be determined by yourself. Those who savor the sweetness amidst bitterness are always the tea brewers, able to withstand strong flavors while also being able to maintain the simple. In the quiet moments of time, pouring a cup of fragrant tea and observing the fleeting world can truly be considered the prime of one’s life…

I don’t have many hobbies, but drinking tea is one of them. Many unsolvable things don’t need to be explained. Just spend the time of a cup of tea and truly experience the present moment. If you can find sweetness in bitterness and perceive happiness in the passage of time, you will gradually realize that some things are what they are, so let them be! Believe that this moment is the most beautiful. Tea in the cup, a smile on the face, love in the heart—this is life at its best…

Exercise, move around whenever you can.

Exercise doesn’t have to mean running or gymnastics. Simply getting more movement into your daily life is also a way to achieve your goals.

For example, if you can take the elevator, take the stairs. Stairs are convenient and less tiring for many lower floors.

Where you can walk, don’t ride a bike. You can actually carve out some time every day to walk to and from work.
A normal daily walk of 6,000 to 7,000 steps will meet your activity goals.
The more you rest, the lazier you become. The less you want to move, the more you need to get moving.
Exercise speeds up your metabolism. If you can’t afford the best skincare products, exercise more; exercise is the best skincare product.
The mental state of people who exercise regularly is immediately apparent; they appear lighter and appear several years younger than their peers.
If you want to look better and stay healthier, exercise.
I used to have two colleagues in the office. Although both were nearing retirement age, I noticed a significant difference.
The colleague who exercised regularly looked at least seven or eight years younger than the one who didn’t.
Exercise whenever you have time; exercise makes you feel better.
